Most people come to me with a date already fixed and a speech that is not ready.

We start by getting clear on one thing - what you actually want this audience to do or feel when you finish. Everything else follows from that. We then build the structure, work on the language, and rehearse delivery until it stops feeling like a performance and starts sounding like you.

This is one-on-one work, and the timeline depends on your event. Some leaders come to me three weeks out. Some come three days out. Both are workable.
